Instructions
  1. Peel carrot skin with peeler. cut carrot into rectangles
  2. peel burdock's skin with peeler.
  3. slice burdock thinly and soak the burdock in water about 10 mins.
  4. Cut the pork in a bite, put sesame oil in a pan and fry the pork.
  5. once pork is cooked, add burdock and carrots and fry for about 2 minutes.
  6. add sake, soy sauce, mirin and sugar into a pan. boil stock until it becomes condensed
  7. dish up the food on a plate
