fried burdock, carrot and pork
It is recommended because it can easily be done with a frying pan.
Instructions
- Peel carrot skin with peeler. cut carrot into rectangles
- peel burdock's skin with peeler.
- slice burdock thinly and soak the burdock in water about 10 mins.
- Cut the pork in a bite, put sesame oil in a pan and fry the pork.
- once pork is cooked, add burdock and carrots and fry for about 2 minutes.
- add sake, soy sauce, mirin and sugar into a pan. boil stock until it becomes condensed
- dish up the food on a plate
