  1. Beat eggs in a bowl roughly (not much)
  2. cut the chicken thigh into 1 bite pieces and slice onion into 1/2 inch
  3. mix dashi, mirin and soy sauce in a pan but not heat yet.
  4. add chicken thigh and sliced onion into a pan.
  5. turn the heat medium and cook over medium heat for about 4 minutes
  6. pour one third beaten egg into a pan and mix everything roughly
  7. wait till beaten egg is cooked softly. then pour one third beaten egg into a pan again.
