Instructions
Beat eggs in a bowl roughly (not much)
cut the chicken thigh into 1 bite pieces and slice onion into 1/2 inch
mix dashi, mirin and soy sauce in a pan but not heat yet.
add chicken thigh and sliced onion into a pan.
turn the heat medium and cook over medium heat for about 4 minutes
pour one third beaten egg into a pan and mix everything roughly
wait till beaten egg is cooked softly. then pour one third beaten egg into a pan again.
