Boiled eggplant dishes
Instructions
- Wash eggplant and cut it in half in half. put oblique notches in the skin.
- Put salt in the eggplant and leave it for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Place water, mentsuyu, soy sauce and sugar in a small pan and heat it until boiled. once it's boiled turn off the gas immediately.
- After washing eggplant to drop salt, wipe off them with kitchen paper.
- Put oil into the pan and bake the eggplant skin at medium heat.
- flip over the eggplants and bake them at medium heat.
- after eggplants were cooked put them into the small pan which you boiled at 3. leave it until it gets cold, put it in the refrigerator until it's cooled down.
- dish up the food on a plate
