Season for wing of a chicken
grate ginger and press out the juice
chicken stock soup
peal lotus root with peeler. once cut lotus root in 1 bite size. put it in vinegar water for about 5 minutes. Vinegar is about 1% of water. be careful not to soak for more than 10 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, sake and ginger juice and mix well with wing of a chicken.

Warm oil in a frying pan and heat wing of a chicken with high heat until chicken surface gets colored on.
Add ginger in frying and heat it with a low heat. Add lotus root with in frying and heat it with a low heat.
Add chicken stock soup, sugar, soy sauce and sake, in frying and boil it for about 20 minutes with a low heat.
