Instructions
Peel gobo’s skin with peeler.
slice burdock thinly and soak the gobo in water about 10 mins.
slice ginger thinly.
cut sliced beef bite size pieces
heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a pan and cook thinly-sliced ginger
add sliced beef in a pan and cook until medium. then add sugar in a pan.
add sliced gobo in a pan and cook until gobo is soft.
add soy sauce, sake, mirin, water in a pan and boil until dry.
