  1. Peel gobo’s skin with peeler.
  2. slice burdock thinly and soak the gobo in water about 10 mins.
  3. slice ginger thinly.
  4. cut sliced beef bite size pieces
  5. heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a pan and cook thinly-sliced ginger
  6. add sliced beef in a pan and cook until medium. then add sugar in a pan.
  7. add sliced gobo in a pan and cook until gobo is soft.
  8. add soy sauce, sake, mirin, water in a pan and boil until dry.
